Today was our last day in Budapest, Hungary. We went to these places: the Cog Railway, Parliament House of Hungary, Hungarian Baths, Transport Museum and last of all, we walked down a street called Andrassy Utca! As you can see that Today we went to 5 different places! :-)
The first one that we went to was The Cog Railways!!!!! It was not really a place, in was just what our train drove on!!! It was a bumpy ride and when we got out it was raining hard so we sat in a cafe and drank hot chocolate!
Next we went to, Parliament House of Hungary! We didn't go into Parliament House, we just took a few photos & it was AMAZING because the main colour of it was White, but then the tops of it were a Maroonish, Brown colour and I like that colour so thats why I liked it!:-)
Next we went to look at The Hungarian Baths. We only went to look and take pictures because the age limit was over 14 years old. Mum and Dad said that little bugs can go up your nose because the water is warm and that is why little kids can't go in the water.
Anyway, next we went to The Transport Museum!!! That was my favourite place because there were all different thing inside the Museum to do with transport. The best one was all of the different types of bikes from back to the 18th century and to 2012. One of the was just like Mulga Bill from Eagle Hawks bikes!!!
After we went to The Transport Museum, we went for a walk down a street called Andrassy Utca. While we were walking home it was close to dinner-time so when we were close to home we were near a good place to ate so we went to that place and I ate Chicken Schnitzel!!! After we had dinner we went and had a Ice-Cream and I had Strawberry!!! When our Ice-Creams were finished we walked home and went to bed!
Tomorrow we are driving to Vienna in Austria. I think we will also go to Bratislava on the way. That is in Slovakia.
CLARE!!!

We had missed this posting so only read it this morning. You certainly visited lots of interesting places. I'll bet Patrick liked the transport museum - were there lots of trains there?
ReplyDeleteWe are glad you are trying some different sorts of food! Schnitzel is good.
